Dia is your first conversation at iBeauty — and usually the hands behind your result, too. She runs the free consultation and AI skin analysis, explains every option and price honestly, and plans your treatments and touch-ups around your face and your calendar. Beyond permanent makeup she also does facials, lash lifts and lash extensions. She has grown with the studio and brings more than eight years of hands-on experience.

Jade founded iBeauty and is based between New York and Hong Kong, she has built and runs more than five studios worldwide, and sets the standard every iBeauty artist is trained to — from how a face is mapped to how a healed result should look.

Amber is iBeauty’s beauty consultant. With more than five years in the industry, she looks after client care, marketing and staff training — so every artist in the studio works to the same standard, and every client knows exactly what to expect before, during and after a treatment.

Gina is our massage specialist — more than fifteen years of deep-tissue and aromatherapy work, and a skilled facialist too. She has grown with iBeauty for eight years, and many clients book the same pair of hands every visit.

With more than four years behind the lash bed, Lydia styles every set to the eye shape — classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume — and looks after lash lifts, tints and refills, so your lashes stay full between visits.

Vivi brings more than four years of permanent-makeup experience and works alongside Dia on nano and ombré brows, lip blush and lash-line eyeliner — trained in-house to iBeauty’s mapping and healed-result standard, with the same consultation-first approach.
